We do not have any full time staff, all work is performed by volunteers right now. If we cannot answer your request promptly, please pardon us.
We do not have a SOS rescue team that is on call anytime to aid with any rescue work. But we can help to post your emergency request for a lost/found animal or other cases onto our weibo in a timely manner, hopefully volunteers nearby can assist you.
