3/2 was a lucky day as days of rain stopped and the Hongkou adoption event could go as planned.  Students from Tongji unversity Cat's club came to volunteer. The event at Dr Sun Pet Club turned out good, a cat (Xiao Man) and a dog (Wang chai ) was successfully adopted and got back home the same day.  Xiao Man is blind in one eye and she still managed to find a good home, everyone is especially happy for her. 

Dr Sun gave all the animals a free medical checkup.  A representative from a Taiwanese beauty product La Femme came to the event and gave BFC facial masks to give out free to adopters.  BFC appreciates their concerns for animal welfare.

Dr Sun also arranged a special talk in the afternoon on the importance of vaccination, reminding all adopters and rescuers to give regular shots to the animals.

The charity sale at the site raised 100 yuan that day.
