On October 16, 2014 the rescuer found a critically injured female kitten in a terrace/roof located in the 3rd floor of the building where she lives. The kitten had two collars, but no contact information of the owner. This white kitten was rushed immediately to the Qing Teng Pet's Hospital and the vet doctor believed that:

(1) She fell from a balcony in the building and

(2) She was outside many days without receiving any help, food or water.

She was found with barely 35 degrees of temperature and in shock. She has a compression fracture between the vertebra T13 and L1, luckily with no severe displacement, so she is not paralyzed. She was named Persia by her rescuer.

Now Persia is doing great: she is a happy and playful kitten that, even though she went through a terrible experience, is friendly and jolly!

An adopter has been found for Persia! She is a foreign animal rescuer who used to live in Shanghai, but who currently is living in UK from more than a year ago. Persia's adopter has started a campaign in FundRazr to raise money for Persia's trip to Europe and her medical treatment there.

In the meantime, Persia also will need a loving foster home in Shanghai until she can travel to London (sadly she has no foster home anymore as her former foster parents are dealing with some personal issues).
